Altrico is committed to delivering high-levels of customer service and ensures that engineers are on-hand to respond to your unlimited telephone and limited remote desktop support needs during office hours.

The Premier plan is suited to small businesses with a moderate IT support requirements, normally between 1- 10 user network.

Your business will receive unlimited telephone access to our helpdesk between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Limited Remote Desktop Support is provided (limited to 10 minutes per day) and any prolonged usage will be chargeable at a rate of 40 per hour.

If a site visit is required then these are charged on a reduced hourly rate.
