We ensure your call will be answered by a Technical Engineer who will immediately start troubleshooting your particular IT issue. Around 80% of problems are solved over the phone within 10 minutes and we endeavour to complete all calls within 8 hours.

Telephone support comes with all our support packages between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
